Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING
Our pieces will be shipped with insurance.
Our standard shipping entails front door delivery, excluding white glove service. White glove services can be quoted as an additional service.
For air cargo, our packaging includes two to three layers of protection, incorporating foam-like materials, an intermediate layer (as needed), and an external wood crate that is palletized to ensure optimal item protection.
The provided quote encompasses all costs and features door-to-door insurance. Consequently, no additional logistics fees will be levied for customs or duties within the US or its limits.

UNPACKING
Given the delicate and premium nature of these objects, we strongly advise a careful and deliberate unpacking process. Kindly avoid using blades or sharp objects to prevent scratches. Unpacking should be executed with the chairs in an upright position, and caution should be exercised to prevent scuffing and scratching of the wood surfaces when unpacking against rough surfaces like walls and floors.
CARE GUIDE.

- Wipe as necessary with a soft cloth following the grain pattern, after removing possible abrasive dust particles. Remove stains with a mild mixture of water and detergent if needed.
- The cane area does not require maintenance, please do not get this area wet.
- Avoid using any solvents or cleaning chemicals such as alcohol in any areas of your pieces.
- Indoor furniture should not be subjected to excessive humidity, heat or direct sunlight.
CUSTOMER OWN MATERIAL
Most of our collections accept COM (textiles) and COL (leathers). When placing an order using customer-supplied material or leather, we will reach out to you via email with the quantity requirements necessary to complete your order, as well as the shipping address to send your material.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any costs related to acquiring or shipping the materials. We recommend using a formal courier service such as FEDEX and selecting the DDP incoterm to ensure expedited and efficient delivery.
